Concerning Private School Axis Axis is a 501(c)( 3) not-for-profit company that partners with Los Angeles area independent institutions to produce pathways for underrepresented students and families of shade to gain access to, navigate, and flourish in private education. Independent schools do not properly represent the general Los Angeles populace, where over 70% of residents are people of color. Via our Axis accomplices, we sustain students and teachers of color as they access personal education chances with our ongoing assistance. We also deal with Companion Schools throughout L.A. to make a lasting and transformative effect on their variety, equity, incorporation, and responsibility (DEIA) methods. By holding colleges responsible for just how they approach and address DEIA, we can attain better understanding results for all trainees while also preparing them to become multiculturally experienced people. Our genuine, detailed, and deliberate technique seeks to produce a much more equivalent and simply education experience for all.
